Gargoyles are awesome - I want some. No mortar erosion at the hands of dripping water for me, thanks. I also love how the figures are sometimes "sad looking little guys" like this one:
They tell such awesome stories. I worry that if I ever manage to have "lots of money" one day, I'll actually spend it all on these pointless, ostentatious things. But on the other hand, I'll have the best house ever.
